GN 5-Deck Stack Vibrating Screen for Overseas Customer

GN Separation is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a 5-Deck Stack Vibrating Screen to an overseas customer, providing a compact and efficient solution for fine material screening, classification and dewatering.

Designed for demanding mineral processing and solids separation applications, the GN Stack Vibrating Screen combines a multi-deck configuration with high-frequency linear vibration. The 5-deck design enables multiple screening stages to be integrated into a single machine, providing high screening capacity while significantly reducing the required installation footprint.

Compact 5-Deck Design for High-Capacity Screening

The GN Stack Vibrating Screen is mainly designed for wet screening, classification and dewatering of fine-grained materials in industries such as mineral processing and coal preparation.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, the equipment can be configured with 2 to 5 screening decks. For this overseas project, the customer selected the 5-deck configuration to achieve higher screening capacity within a limited installation area.

Compared with conventional single-deck vibrating screens, the stacked configuration allows a much larger screening area to be integrated into a compact machine. This makes the GN Stack Vibrating Screen particularly suitable for projects where both high throughput and efficient use of plant space are important considerations.

For the GND5Z1014 model, the total screening area is approximately 7 m², while the equipment can provide a reference processing capacity of approximately 10–30 m³/h for dry ore, depending on material characteristics and operating conditions.

High-Frequency Linear Vibration

The GN Stack Vibrating Screen adopts a dual-motor self-synchronization principle. The two vibration motors work together to generate stable linear motion of the entire screen box assembly.

The equipment operates with a vibration frequency of approximately 25 Hz and a double amplitude of approximately 1–2 mm. This high-frequency, low-amplitude vibration helps improve the screening efficiency of fine particles while maintaining stable material movement across the screening surface.

The unique vibration design also contributes to relatively low power consumption and reduced dynamic loading, supporting reliable continuous operation.

Polyurethane Screen Mesh for Fine Screening

The screening decks are equipped with polyurethane screen mesh, which provides good elasticity, wear resistance and resistance to blinding.

Polyurethane screen panels are particularly suitable for fine screening applications where conventional screen media may experience blockage or accelerated wear. GN Stack Vibrating Screen can accommodate different screen mesh openings according to the required separation size, with available mesh sizes generally ranging from 0.045 mm to 2 mm.

The screen panels are secured using pull-bolt components, allowing convenient installation, replacement and maintenance.

Designed for Overseas Industrial Applications

For overseas projects, equipment durability and long-term reliability are important considerations in addition to screening performance.

GN applies professional sandblasting surface treatment and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating to the vibrating screen structure. For surfaces directly exposed to processed materials, a polyurea resin wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating can also be applied to provide additional protection against abrasion and corrosion.

The vibration system can be equipped with internationally recognized vibration motors, such as Martin or OLI motors, helping provide reliable operation and long service life in demanding industrial environments.

The feeding box adopts a modular design, allowing individual sections to be assembled and disassembled conveniently. This design simplifies transportation, installation, cleaning and maintenance, which is particularly valuable for overseas projects.

Flexible Configuration for Different Applications

One of the key advantages of the GN Stack Vibrating Screen is its flexible configuration.

The number of screening decks, screen mesh size, feeding arrangement and other components can be selected according to the customer’s specific material characteristics and process requirements.

GN can provide Stack Vibrating Screen solutions for applications involving:

  • Mineral classification
  • Fine ore screening
  • Wet screening
  • Mineral dewatering
  • Coal preparation
  • Tailings processing
  • Sand and aggregate processing
  • Other fine-grained solids separation applications

For larger or more complex processing plants, the Stack Vibrating Screen can also be integrated with other GN screening and solids separation equipment to form a complete processing system.

GN Supporting Overseas Customers with Customized Screening Solutions

The successful delivery of this 5-Deck Stack Vibrating Screen demonstrates GN Separation’s capability to provide customized screening equipment for international customers.

Before recommending a suitable model, GN evaluates key factors including material characteristics, feed capacity, particle size distribution, required separation size, moisture content, screening method and available installation space.

Based on these parameters, GN can select the appropriate screen configuration and screening media to achieve the required processing performance.

With its compact footprint, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, energy-efficient vibration system and reliable construction, GN Stack Vibrating Screen provides an effective solution for customers looking to improve fine material screening and classification performance.

GN Separation continues to supply professional solids separation and screening equipment to customers worldwide, supporting applications across mining, mineral processing, coal preparation, environmental treatment and other industrial sectors.
