This dedicated facility integrates multiple testing modules, enabling both customer material testing at GN and on-site testing at customer facilities.
Comprehensive Testing Modules
The new workshop is equipped with five specialized testing modules:

Mining Vibrating Screen Testing Module – Simulates real mine conditions to verify screening efficiency for ores, tailings, and other mining materials.

Drilling Vibrating Screen Testing Module – Focuses on the separation of drilling fluids and solids to ensure stable performance in oil & gas operations.

Decanter Centrifuge Testing Module – Designed to test GN’s series of decanter centrifuges under different material conditions. Clients can confirm separation results such as moisture content, clarity of recovered liquid, and throughput capacity.

Combined Separation Testing Module (Vibrating Screen + Decanter Centrifuge) – Allows testing of integrated separation processes where a vibrating screen handles coarse solids removal, followed by a centrifuge for fine particle separation. This module replicates real-world solid-liquid separation flows for industries such as mining, drilling, and wastewater treatment.

Solid Vacuum Pump Testing Module – Provides verification of pneumatic material transfer for slurries, sludge, and high-solid-content materials.
Highlight: Decanter Centrifuge Testing
Among these, the Decanter Centrifuge Testing Module is a core component. GN Separation’s decanter centrifuges are widely used in industries such as mining, oil & gas, wastewater treatment, and chemical processing.
